"I just wanted to write you to tell you how much I love my Barbary 5 String Fretless. I have played hundreds of high end boutique basses over the last 25 years and your bass blows most of them out of the water. Your work is absolutely second to none and as the owner of around 30 high end basses that include a wide array of Ritter, MTD, Sukop, Fodera, Tobias (pre-Gibson), Suhr, Minnieweather, Ken Smith, Martin Keith and Watson instruments, I know what I'm talking about. My BL Design Barbary Fretless has become my favorite for its sound, playability and artful beauty. I wouldn't sell or trade it for anything, not even a 1964 Fender Jazz bass (my birth year). I recently took the instrument to Rudy's Music Stop on 48th Street in NYC to show it off and everybody was completely blown away by the sound, aesthetics and playability. I sincerely hope more great players soon discover your phenomenal basses so they can hear and feel what they've been missing. I can't wait to take delivery of my Marozi 5 String and watch more jaws drop when that low B hits them!
